6 months later


Elijah had never been so happy as he was now. Billy had told him what he wanted to hear just before he left.

The past six months had been some of the most rewarding months in his life. He had spent a month in Glasgow and he and Billy went to the clubs, stayed in and just talked over take out, went driving along the coastline, spent time on the beach, and just got to know each other and their quirks.

Billy had returned the favor and spent a month in LA with Elijah. After the first week, Elijah found he was happiest when they just stayed in, ordered Thai, talked, and played vicious games of Splinter Cell, the apartment filled with their yells and curses. Dominic complaining that they were worse than children, ended up on the receiving end of the American and British version of "fuck you."

Elijah grinned as he reentered his apartment. it had been a fun night. They went ut to dinner and ended up at a popular club where they danced for a few hours. Billy drove because he said that Elijah handled the road like the video game "Grand Theft Auto" and he needed to get home in one piece.

Billy walked him to his apartment door and as Elijah was digging for his keys, he was pushed against the door with Billy flush against him, his knee between his legs and being kissed to within an inch of his life.

Billy thoroughly explored his mouth and elijah responded helplessly, a mewling whimper escaping as his hands slid around Billy's neck. They stood like this for what seemed to Elijah to be hours, but was probably about ten minutes. Elijah didn't care, and he moaned in protest as Billy drew away.

"Billy," he groaned, his eyes opening to meet the darkened green of Billy's.

"The six months ended tonight Elijah, what are your feelings?"

Elijah didn't have to think about it.

"Billy, I love you more than ever." Elijah ran his fingers through Billy's soft hair.

Billy pulled away completely and just looked at elijah for a long minute before saying the words Elijah had been waiting over two years to hear.

"I love you too."
